Shipping policy

UK postage is free.

All items are sent tracked & fully insured - thus for insurance reasons the full value will be declared on any customs or other relevant paperwork, items cannot be marked as gifts or at a lower value than the purchase price.

Due to recent changes in EU packaging laws & impending changes to EU import duty regulations we have decided to suspend sales to the EU for the time being. If you are interested in having an item sent to the EU please send a message to discuss the options.

Overseas postage is calculated at checkout - please bear in mind that overseas postage from the UK can be hideously expensive for heavy &/or valuable items; however any overpayments will be refunded - overseas customers interested in purchasing multiple items should send a message to request an invoice with combined postage.

Except in the case of the USA, we do not collect any taxes or customs fees, so overseas buyers should be aware that there may be additional charges to pay when the item arrives - this is not our responsibility. 

Because of recent changes in US import policy it is no longer possible to send anything to the US unless it is sent PDDP, i.e. tax & duty prepaid to the postal services before despatch of the package. Consequently we are now obliged to charge the combined import duty, tariff & shipping price which will be shown at checkout. The pre-calculation to cover this across the varying weights, import duty rates & values of the items we offer is by necessity rather basic & can result in an overage, which will be refunded. If you are viewing from outside our standard shipping zones you may find that items display as 'sold out' when they are not - changing the country setting to UK will show the full range. If would like to purchase an item & your country is not in the shipping options please contact me.
