A rare & lovely vintage 1940s hand-knitted jumper, skilfully made from fairly fine, soft yarns which feel like pure wool in a plaid pattern in green, chocolate brown, scarlet & white. It has a round neck, ribbed waistband & cuffs, and fastens at the shoulder with white early plastic buttons.

Condition: In very good condition, with light overall wear - there is slight matting & discolouration at the armpits. Has been carefully hand washed & steamed prior to listing.
