A stylish vintage 1940s skirt by 'Classic Skirts Ltd.' made from fairly lightweight 100% wool flannel fabric in dark chocolate brown. It is flared, has centre box pleats at the front & back with outward pleats to either side, delightful triangular patch pockets with perky tips, & fastens at the side with a silver metal ‘Aero’ zip & hooks on the waistband. It is unlined. The labels & embroidered hanging loops are a nice detail; the patented placket label is not one I've seen before.
