A very nice reproduction 1940s fair isle jumper, recently hand knitted from 100% wool yarn from Woolyknit & using a vintage 1940s pattern. Primarily knitted in rib stitch apart from the intricate heraldic fair isle pattern on the front, in dark burgundy, yellow, & marled mid-grey. I commissioned this for myself but regrettably it came out too small so it has never been worn.

Size: Suggested UK Small - shown on a mannequin with a 38" chest - Please check measurements below) All measurements are external, taken with the garment laid flat, to be doubled where appropriate (with approx. metric equivalent): Chest pit to pit: 16 1/2” (42cm) relaxed, will comfortably stretch to 18" (46cm) Width at Hem: 15 1/2” (39.3cm) Shoulder to shoulder: 14 1/2” (37 cm), will stretch to 16" (41cm) Sleeve length shoulder to cuff fold: 24" (61cm) Sleeves length pit to cuff: 19” (48cm) Length neck back from bottom of collar to hem: 21” (53.3cm)
