A reproduction hand knitted short sleeve jumper recently made using an original 1940s pattern, from medium-weight yarn which feels like acrylic in pale grey. Knitted in a fancy lacey & textured stitch, with a ribbed yoke section, round neck, ribbed cuffs and deep ribbed waistband.

Size: Suggested UK L (shown on a mannequin with a 42" bust - Please check measurements below) All measurements are external, taken with the garment laid flat, to be doubled where appropriate (with approx. metric equivalent): NB: There is some stretch to the knit, hence the size range: Bust: 20" relaxed, 23" fully stretched (50.8cm - 58.4cm) Shoulder width seam to seam.: 14" relaxed, 16 1/2" stretched (35.5cm - 41.9cm) Width at hem (waist): 13 1/2" relaxed - 17 1/2" fully stretched (34.2cm - 44.4cm) Sleeve length shoulder to cuff: 10" (25.3cm) Cuff opening: 4" relaxed, 7 1/2" stretched (10.2cm - 19cm) Length (nape to hem): 21" (53.3cm)
Condition: In excellent condition. Has been carefully hand washed & steamed prior to listing.
