A pretty vintage 1940s perch hat, made from black felt shaped with a domed crown & rolled brim; it has a wide felt strap to go under the hair & is decorated with a large felt bow.

Condition: In very good condition overall - there is a moth nibble to the front of the brim (arrowed) & some marking to the petersham edging.
