A vintage 1940s blouse, made from pink rayon fabric with a crinkly self texture. It has a small pointed collar, gathers at the shoulders, pin tucks down the front, darts at the waist, & short sleeves with notched turn-back cuffs & darted, supported heads; it fastens with 4 transparent early plastic buttons with 2 hooks & loops at the neck.

Condition: In good condition with light wear overall - there is a small hole to the blouse front near the side seam (measures approx. 1mm - see close up). On close examination there is subtle discolouration to the armpit areas, and very feint spots/foxing to the upper front. Has been carefully hand washed & steamed prior to listing.
