A lovely vintage early 1950s dress, made from a medium-weight linen-look textured rayon fabric with a bold & vibrant tropical flower print in grape purple, off-white & orangey-yellow on a slightly greenish blue background. It has a square neckline with large, pointed collar, short sleeves, & generously flared skirt with box pleats at the front & single pleats at the back; the side fastens with a silver-coloured metal 'Lightning' zip. NB. The belt in the photos is NOT included & is not for sale.

Condition: In excellent condition, does not appear to have been much worn - there is slight discolouration at the inside neck back & at the underarms - a faint mark just above the waist seam at the centre front - a very tiny frayed spot on the top right shoulder seam.
