A lovely vintage 1950s patio style dress, made from a fairly light weight cotton in a block print with border pattern in dark red, blue, green, & yellow on a cream background. The sleeveless bodice is a fitted style with a notched square neckline; the skirt is gathered at the waist & has unusual deep pleats at the sides giving a wrapover effect. It has a matching belt with self-covered buckle, & fastens at the side with a silver metal 'Ideal' zip & internal popper to hold the skirt side section in place.
