A vintage late 1940s or early 1950s ‘Teddy Bear’ jacket, made by "Motoluxe" from faux fur fabric with an Astrakhan type of texture in a mink brown colour. Cut in a loose, boxy double-breasted style, it has a narrow shawl collar, 2 slash pockets with velvet linings, fairly wide sleeves with lightly padded heads, & fastens with 2 large plastic buttons; it is fully lined in satin fabric.
NB: Please study the photographs carefully, they form an important part of the description.

In good condition overall - there is a faint brown mark to the right lapel (arrowed) - loss of pile to the leading edges by the button loops, around the cuffs & pocket entries - a bald patch inside the right cuff - slight wear to the lining at the neck back & the hanging loop is a bit loose. Has been thoroughly steamed prior to listing.
I do my very best to carefully list/illustrate any flaws I find. This item is sold as is - no returns unless the item has been grossly misrepresented.
Please check the above measurements and compare to a similar garment of your own before buying - no refund offered for items that don’t fit.
