Vintage 1950s Shirt Dress Red Cotton Border Print UK S
A vintage 1950s German shirt dress, made by 'Die Hummelmarke' from a red cotton fabric with printed white dots on the bodice & dots interspersed with floral bands with a hearts border print on the skirt. It has a square neckline with pointed collar, dolman bodice with short sleeves , & flared skirt with deep pleats around the waist; the front opens all the way down with pearlescent white plastic buttons, & there is a matching belt with self-covered buckle.

Condition:
In very good condition overall - on close examination there is very faint discolouration to the inside neck band - the belt has a few snags where the popper for the tip has been moved in the past, some fraying to the fabric around the buckle, and a faint mark near the buckle (not visible when worn). Has been carefully hand washed and steamed prior to listing.
