Vintage 1950s Shirtwaister Dress Petrol Blue Wool Cotton Geometric Print UK M/L
A vintage 1950s shirtwaister dress, very nicely home made from a viyella-type of cotton/wool blend fabric in a lovely teal blue with a geometric broken crosshatch print in black & white. It has a high rounded collar, pleats below the shoulder yoke, opens to the waist with 6 black & white plastic buttons, & has long sleeves pleated into buttoning cuffs; the skirt is flared, with 3 gores at the front & 1 at the back, & has 2 front pockets with large curved openings. There is a side opening with a silver metal 'Ries' zip with nice pointed puller, & thread belt loops but no belt.
NB The belt shown is NOT included & is not for sale.
