Vintage Edwardian era knickerbockers or bloomers made from blue & off-white striped cotton ticking fabric & fitted with milk glass buttons. Cut quite full & roomy in the seat, they have a drop-down trap door flap at the back which fastens to buttons on the back waistband & button-fastened cuffs.
