Vintage Mens 1930s 1940s "Consulate" Cotton Shirt Greenish Grey Striped Spearpoint Collar British XS
A beautiful vintage 1930s/1940s shirt by 'Consulate', made from a fine cotton end-on-end weave fabric in pale greenish grey with wide-spiced white stripes. Unusually for a British shirt of this period it is full front-opening or coat style, with an attached Trubenised self-stiffened 'spearpoint' collar, long tails with reinforcing gussets, & long sleeves pleated into single, buttoned cuffs; the buttons are mother-of-pearl.
Please study the photographs carefully - they form an important part of the description.
