A rare vintage 1930s/1940s sports shirt by the prolific German maker 'Bielefelder Fabrikat', made from a cotton flannel fabric with claret red, blue & white checks on a yellow background. Pullover or overhead style with a fine-gauge silver metal 'DePe' zip fastener, pointed collar which is a period replacement made using a section of the tail (hence the contrasting panel), single large chest pocket with false flap, long tails, & long sleeves pleated into single cuffs with mother-of-pearl buttons.

Size: Suggested Small, NB the shoulders are quite narrow, see measurements below. Shown on a mannequin with a 38" chest.
