A vintage circa 1950s American zip-up cardigan or lumberjacket, nicely hand knitted by 'Marion Strasser' from a fairly heavy weight yarn which feels like pure wool in a rich red colour. Made in a super textural chain or cable stitch with interspersed ribs, it has a ribbed round neck, raglan sleeves, ribbed waistband & cuffs, & fastens with a brass 'Talon USA' zip with petersham along the inside to minimise stretching at the front.
