A vintage later 1950s lightweight sports jacket by 'Lees of Galashiels', made from soft handle hopsack weave wool (perhaps lambswool) fabric in a glorious vibrant jade green - my camera couldn't capture it in close ups, the mannequin shots are most accurate on my screen. Single breasted 3-button fastening with notch lapels - centre vent - lightly padded shoulders - fitted waist - welted breast & lower flapped pockets - horn effect buttons - fully lined with greenish acetate fabric with 1 chest pocket & 1 ticket pocket. Perfect for the coming summer!

Condition: In very good condition with light wear overall - there is yellowing on the collar fold, around the cuffs & faintly across the shoulders - some faint brownish spots on the left cuff - the left cuff button is broken - the lining has some scuffs, marks & stains - sweat marks at the armpits. Has been thoroughly steamed & brushed prior to listing.
