A vintage 1950s zip-up cardigan or lumberjacket , made from fairly chunky wool yarn in a really nice rich olive green colour with off-white stripes round the neck. Knitted in a fancy rib stitch, with fine ribbing either side of the opening, ribbed shawl collar, wider ribbed waistband & cuffs, & fastens with a brass 'Lamar - USA' zip, so presumably it is of American origin .

Condition: In good condition overall but has been washed too hot at some point, resulting a slightly fuzzy, felted texture; still flexible but not as stretchy as when new. Has been carefully hand washed & steamed prior to listing.
