A vintage hand-knitted fair isle slipover or sleeveless jumper, made circa 1970s/1980s, probably using a 1940s/50s pattern. Nicely knitted (but not so skilfully sewn together!) in yarns which feel like a wool & synthetic blend, with an overall snowflake type of design in a mix of browns, blue & off-white on a beige/oatmeal background.

Condition: In very good condition overall, with light wear & a few bobbles - the seams are not very neatly sewn together, resulting in some lumps & unevenness (see close ups). Has been steamed prior to listing but a slight perfumed smell remains.
Shown on a mannequin with a 38" chest.
